- SALARY: R325 101 per annum plus 37% in lieu of benefits
- CENTRE: Compensation Fund, Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS:
- Three-year tertiary qualification/ NQF 6 in Human Resource Management/Bcom/BA in HRM.
- 2 years’ functional experience in recruitment and selection.
Knowledge:
- Compensation fund services.
- Relevant acts, policies and regulations to the business.
- Stakeholder and customers.
- Customer services (Batho Pele Principles).
- Risk awareness.
Legislative requirements:
- Labour relations Act.
- Public service Act.
- PFMA and National Treasury Regulations.
- Public Service Regulations.
- POPI Act.
Skills:
- Required technical proficiency.
- Communication and writing skills.
- Data capturing.
- Data and records management.
- Telephone skills and etiquette.
- Analytical thinking.
- Planning and organising.
DUTIES:
- Implement the recruitment and selection policy in the Fund.
- Update the database on statistics for the exits and entrants in the CF.
- Monitor the recruitment and selection transactions uploaded by the sub-ordinates on the system.
- Implement the placement of employees in the CF.
- Supervision of staff.
