REQUIREMENTS:
- Matriculation/ Grade 12
- Knowledge: Public Service Act. Public Service Regulations. All relevant Labour Legislation Regulations. Related ILO Conventions. Knowledge of the department policies, Procedure and guidelines. Customer Service (Batho Pele principles)
- Skills: Computer Literacy. Business Writing Skills. Listening skills. Communication. Telephone etiquette and Basic Interpersonal skills.
DUTIES:
- Render services at help desk as the first point of entry within the registration services(daily).
- Resolve all complaints on all labour legislation received from clients within the scope and dictates of the IES SOP (Daily).
- Render general administrative duties and participate in advocacy sessions as and when required.
