REQUIREMENTS:
A Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational) NQF Level 4; plus, A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Human Resource Management environment; plus, A valid driver’s licence (minimum code B).

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Knowledge of registry and records control duties. practices as well as the ability to capture data and operate computer. Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment. Understanding of the work in records control section. Computer skills. Registry and Records Management skills. PERSAL System skills. Alphabetical and Numerical filing system skills. Communication skills. Interpersonal relations skills. The ideal candidate should have job knowledge, be flexible and teamwork orientated.
DUTIES:
Provide registry services and counter services. Administer effective filing and record management services. Manage the operation of office machines in relation to the Human Resource section. Procurement of stationery for Human Resource Management Directorate. Supervise human resource/ staff.
