Booking Clerk vacancy at City of Ekurhuleni

  • Remuneration: R 231,156.00 to R 317,076.00 – Basic salary per annum (plus benefits)
  • Assignment Type: Permanent

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Computer literacy
  • Code B driver’s licence
  • 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide booking services and ensure proper utilization of facilities
  • Receive bookings for halls, stadia, lapas, shelter auditoria, Art and Cultural Centres
  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders, caretakers and supervisors
  • Process financial deposits and payments
  • Provide clerical and typing services
  • Filing of documents
