Booking Clerk vacancy at City of Ekurhuleni
- Remuneration: R 231,156.00 to R 317,076.00 – Basic salary per annum (plus benefits)
- Assignment Type: Permanent
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Computer literacy
- Code B driver’s licence
- 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide booking services and ensure proper utilization of facilities
- Receive bookings for halls, stadia, lapas, shelter auditoria, Art and Cultural Centres
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders, caretakers and supervisors
- Process financial deposits and payments
- Provide clerical and typing services
- Filing of documents
