- Salary: R228 321 – R268 950 per annum (Includes 13th cheque, pension fund contribution, medical & housing allowance)
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (or equivalent)
- Administrative experience
- Experience with PHCIS / Clinicom
- Computer literacy
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work independently, unsupervised & in a multi-disciplinary team
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends & public holidays

Key Duties:
- Registration & capturing of patient info on PHCIS
- Filing, record keeping, tracing, archiving & handling patient folders
- Managing patient documentation
- Handling enquiries
- Relief duties within the facility as required
