REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or an equivalent appropriate (NQF Level 4) qualification as recognised by SAQA.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
- Knowledge of Library and information science matters;
- Prescripts and legislation;
- Procedures and processes;
- Departmental financial manuals;
- Public Finance Management Act and Departmental policy and strategy.
