Requirements:
- Grade 12(Matric). Driving license. No Experience.
Duties:
- Management of documentation received from user departments informing of a loss: Receipt and sorting of documentation received, recording of all documentation received or outgoing in a control register, verifying whether it is an existing file or a new matter, Distribution of documents to the relevant official responsible.
- Assessing the completeness of the documentation and information received: Inspecting and perusing the documentation and information received to ensure that it meets the required standard (e.g. completeness of reports), Verify if all the following documentation as prescribed are attached; a) A loss control form; b) Trip authority; c) A police report and case number; d) Identity Document(ID); e) Driver’s License; f) Statement from the driver,
- Follow up on all outstanding issues. Issuing of Loss number: Registering Incident in Control Register, Capturing Incidence on FIS.
- Closing of Stolen Vehicle Contracts: Closing the contracts of stolen vehicles on FIS, Update of stolen and recovered vehicles status on FIS system, Follow-up with ICT if contract does not close, Consolidation of weekly reports.
