DUTIES:

  • Provide a receptionist support to the Office of the DDG: Corporate Services including dairy management for the DDG: Corporate Services.
  • Render a Secretariat Service for the Office of the DDG.
  • Assist in Monitoring and maintaining the budget including the supply chain for the Office of the DDG.
  • Facilitate and coordinate all logistical and resource requirements of the Office of the DDG.
  • Provide Management Information and records management services in the Office of the DDG.
  • Track and monitor projects tasks within the Office of the DDG.
