REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideal candidate profile: Applicants must be in possession of a Senior Certificate.
• Post matric certificate in Office Administration / Secretarial Support NQF 6 (Diploma) and above in Office Administration / Secretarial Support or related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years in Office Administration and Secretarial Support.
• Typing competency experience.
• Administration skills.
• Good Communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Proven Computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Typing skills.
• Organising skills.
• Business writing skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

DUTIES:

• Render effective and efficient administrative and Secretarial Support Service to the Chief Director and the Directorates within the Chief Directorate.
• Manage the administration of the Office of the Chief Director and the Directorates.
• Provide administrative support for research, monitoring/evaluation projects and conferences/workshops/roundtable sessions within the Chief Directorate.
• Management of the Registry.
• Provision of logistical support.
• Management of relationships between the components within the Chief Directorate, internal components and external stakeholders.
