Momentum Health invites eligible South Africans to apply for their Contact Centre Learnership 2026.

Momentum Health Contact Centre Learnership 2026
The Momentum Health Contact Centre Learnership is a 12-month programme combining theory and on-the-job training. Learners will gain exposure to real contact centre operations while working towards a recognised learnership qualification aligned with SETA requirements.
Successful learners will be developed to operate effectively in a professional medical scheme contact centre environment.
Duties and responsibilities
Learners appointed to the programme will be required to:
- Attend classroom-based learning and practical workplace training
- Perform duties in line with Momentum Metropolitan learnership requirements
- Learn and understand company products, policies, and procedures
- Compile a Portfolio of Evidence for submission to the relevant SETA
- Complete logbooks for work-based learning
- Complete formative and summative assessments and achieve required competence levels
- Demonstrate the ability to use company systems and understand operational processes
- Conduct themselves professionally as employees of Momentum Metropolitan
- Uphold the Momentum Group values at all times
- Successfully pass the EISA examination
Minimum requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Mathematics passed with minimum 40% or Mathematical Literacy with minimum 60%
- English and one other South African language passed with minimum 50%
- Computer literacy (advantageous)
- Currently unemployed and able to commit to a 12-month programme
- South African citizen aged 18–30 years
- Available for the full programme period
- Able to commute to the workplace independently
- Not studying (part-time or full-time) during the learnership
- Must not have completed the same learnership previously
