- SALARY: R228 321.per annum (Level 05), (A basic salary)
- CENTRE: Bloemfontein
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Grade 12 Certificate and experience within the Public Service environment.
- Knowledge of record management.
DUTIES:
- Handle record keeping of all incoming and outgoing documents to ensure efficient and effective flow of information.
- Open, maintain and keep employee files up to date.
- Maintain an effective record keeping system to ensure safekeeping and access to information.
- Render an office support service to the Sub-directorate to ensure the smooth running of the Sub-directorate.
- Render Chief User Clerk functions to the Sub directorate.
