- ADMINISTRATION CLERK: FINANCE/ADMIN
- Chief Directorate: Rural Health Services
- SALARY : R228 321 per annum
- CENTRE : George Regional Hospital
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum educational qualifications: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post.
- Experience: Appropriate Finance Experience. Appropriate experience in LOGIS.
- Inherent requirements of the job: Willingness to work overtime.
- Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy MS Office. Processing Logis payments.
DUTIES:
- Effective and efficient payment of creditors on the LOGIS systems.
- Effective and accurate filing of payment batches (Document Control).
- Support to supervisor, Colleagues and other Departments.
- Assist with compiling information for IFS/AFS.
- Effective and efficient statement reconciliation of suppliers/creditors.
